Pastor Terry Jones postponed his plan of burning of the Quran on September 11, 2010. He faces condemnation not only from Muslims communities but also from Non-Muslims communities. The unethical intention of burning Quran is again a lesson to be learned by Muslims. It is a challenge to all Muslims for preserving the Quran not only by reading and memorizing the Words of God but practically exercising in everyday life of every Muslim.
In the Philippines Quran reading is famous during peace time. Every household noted their daily routine busy on reading Quran among children every early Morning. The impact of the said practice known as 'lihal' contributed the positive psychological and intellectual growth of the children and ofcourse the peaceful atmosphere of the community.
Today, there is a need of uplifting more Quranic activities such reading, memorizing, studying and publishing. Only Quran is the perfect light to the Muslims since Quran is the major source. This reason, every heart of Muslim must be enlightened with the light of Quran, then slowly spreading to the community. Finally the peace and prosperity in the community enlightened in every street.
We are inviting everyone not only to use the Quran as decoration of our house, but a priority decoration of our heart, by practicing every verse needed in our everyday life. The character of the Prophet Muhammad (saw) was Quran, and it was his miracle. I assume that if Muslim embracing and practicing the light as guidance of his daily routine as if he is manifesting the characteristics of the prophet in his life. Hence, he is guided.
Alhamdulillah, at the end of the day Muslim already govern Quran in his heart, family and community. Thus, Islamic governance – the prosperous governance implemented in the community.

We were invited by the Federation of Tausug Youth Organizations (FTYO) in coordination with the Sulu Ulama Council for Peace and Development (SUCPD) to attend the “3rd Imam Training Program in Sulu” last February 24, 2010 which was held at Jolo Area Coordinating Center (ACC) Jolo, Sulu.
We were there as guest speaker and also for the turn-over ceremony of the Qur’an for the extension of the Lihal Program to the different municipalities of Sulu province.
The said event was attended by 42 Imam from different municipalities, lecturers (Alim, Ulama and Mufti) and Sulu local government officials.
The event was a success in imparting knowledge, proper guidance and enlightenment to the Imam of this new generation. The event provided answers to their questions in relation to their profession which includes lectures on ‘Tajweed’ (Proper recital of Qur’an verses.), “Aturan Sin Pag-khutba” (Proper way of delivering a Friday Sermon.) and many more.

(P.S. for all the people who waited for this post, I'm really sorry for keeping it long, the delay is due to my studies and school works which were in the midst of its prime during that time, where I prioritized it more because I'm was graduating student before.
